Remarks: | Frogfoot \"5039\" served in period 1984-85 with 30. sbolp (30th fighter-bomber air regiment) in Hradec Kralove, later in 1985 was regiment renamed to 30. bilp (30th attack air regiment) and transfered to Pardubice. After reduction of CAF in 1994 was 30. bilp cancelled and all Su-25 moved to 32. Ztl (32nd tactical AFB) / 322. tl (322nd tactical squadron).
